Recently I finished the landscape I started in a class I took in July. It was fun to create a little mountain scene from random fabric scraps. I could have finished quicker but was undecided about what colors of thread to use in the green areas.
This is the back. I like the corner triangles with a dowel hanger. Quick and simple.
I put an extra backing fabric on it because I didn't want to see all the quilting on the back.
Now to make some muscadine jam.
Well done! I like the quilting in the sky, and all of your fabric choices.
ReplyDeleteVery well coordinated "random fabric scraps"! Lovely landscape.
ReplyDeleteOoh, don't you just love accidental landscapes? I think they could be addictive. I really like the depth in your mountain scene.
